Please note that we are closed for the winter from December 31 to March 1, so e-vouchers cannot be used during this period.
• The e-voucher is valid for use within 6 months from the date of issue.

• The e-voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• The transfer or sale of any e-voucher is strictly prohibited.
• Escape Le Fontenioux is not responsible for lost or stolen e-vouchers.
• Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
• Escape Le Fontenioux reserves the right to cancel e-vouchers if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
